It doesn’t feel like it now, but soon we’ll be looking back on the time the virus disrupted our entire planet. Meanwhile, we suspect you’re getting restless, and so are we! For those of you ready to engage in the early stages of a redesign, remodel, or redecoration of your sanctuary, we are set up to begin that process immediately and remotely. Our process is centered on how you work and how much you want to be engaged. We will do the heavy lifting, so you can spend time on the parts that you enjoy. We’ll listen, question, design, plan, manage, and bring it all to life. Here’s how we can work together while distancing:
DESIGN DURING DISTANCING
We’ll use Google Hangouts again to present to you our final recommendations for your project. We can share screens, images, colors, materials — all virtually. Once we make decisions at the end of the call, we’ll finalize the budget and ask you to approve the project.
4. VIRTUAL DESIGN PRESENTATION
Let's start analog — we’ll have a brief phone call to discuss your project, your design dreams, and your budget. Send us photos of the space, so we can follow along.
Next, we’ll meet on Google Hangouts “face-to-face” in this new world. Ordinarily our consultations are 2 hours and $395 in your home. During lockdown, we’re offering virtual consultations at $195 for 60min or $245 for 90min, and we’ll credit these fees against your project.

We’ll estimate what it will take our designers to get from our call to the design presentation.
3. DESIGN PROCESS
We dream about the best design for you and propose some initial ideas via our cloud-based collaboration platform. It’s great for mood boards, examples of furniture and materials, and the best part is that you get to comment and participate — you’ll love how fun that is. Iterations to follow based on your feedback.
It’s amazing that we can complete half of the project before we set foot in your home. We’ve been working digitally for years, so this isn’t a big shift for our firm.
The following steps complete the process, but will be executed once the distancing isolation restrictions are lifted:

5. FURNISHINGS & MATERIALS PURCHASING
We are your personal shoppers and will source everything finalized in the presentation once we confirm the dimensions in your home.
No dust, no glory! If your project calls for construction, we’ll get our tradespeople into your home to get it done.
7. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
If you’ve hired us to manage the day-to-day on your project then you’ll be seeing a lot of us. We’ll wear gloves and masks and do whatever it takes.
It’s a big day (and long). We’ll ask you to leave for the day so that can coordinate all deliveries and final touches to have that WOW moment when you return.
9. PUNCH LIST
It’s inevitable that there will be some details that need tweaking. We’ll make a list with you and cross them off one by one.
